SHIPPING

Shipping usually within 3-4 days but can take up to 7 working days. Within the United Kingdom by Royal mail 1st class signed for. Internationally individual charges apply. Any special shipping requests contact via Email.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with our products. If you have a concern or change of heart please email us within 72 hours of receiving the item and we will resolve the issue. If requesting a replacement product the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost and Cult Botanics for the additional shipping cost. Alternatively, a return can be arranged with a credit or a refund, in which case the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost and the refund will be processed upon return of the item.
